Sala International offers physical record and digital information storage facilities and related services, operating across sectors such as Financial Services, Public Sector, Healthcare Support Services and Retail. The company manages in excess of 400,000 square feet of storage space. It plans to use recent financing to acquire Arrow Imaging and Microstat and to strengthen a new integrated service offering while increasing national presence. Arrow Imaging provides document management and scanning solutions and has partnerships with vendors including Kodak and Fujitsu. Microstat is a document management specialist with over 25 years of experience and clients including DHL, Harrods and John Lewis. The company received a £4.2m financing from Lloyds Banking Group and LDC and previously saw a £11.5m investment from LDC in January 2011 backing the management team led by new CEO Tomas Gronager.
