SalesDraft builds an end‑to‑end recruiting workflow product that automates logistical recruiting tasks—scheduling, follow-ups, reminders and routing—targeted at direct‑to‑consumer home‑services businesses (solar, roofing, windows). The founders spun out from Encōr and Solo after building custom recruiting tools and initially shipped analytics and basic automation before moving to own the full workflow. The company lost its largest customer when Encōr folded in late 2023, which wiped out roughly 50% of SalesDraft’s revenue, then rebounded after hiring industry veteran Jared Biesinger as CRO in November 2024 and growing largely via word of mouth. Since launching in November 2024 SalesDraft reported $1.4 million in revenue, expanded headcount from four to ten employees, and moved into an office in Lindon, Utah. The new $3 million financing will fund hiring, product development, and marketing as the company begins SEO, PPC, outbound efforts and prepares for upcoming trade shows.
