Samplify Systems is a Santa Clara, CA-based provider of technology, semiconductors and sub-systems for medical, industrial, wireless and scientific markets. Led by CEO Tom Sparkman, the company produces products such as the AutoFocus™ beamformer and the SAM1600 family of compressing ADCs. These products are designed to increase performance, reduce power consumption and accelerate time to market for ultrasound machines used in medical imaging, wireless infrastructure and industrial applications. Samplify recently completed an $11.2M Series B round of funding. In conjunction with the round, Schlumberger's Software Governance Manager Ginger Hildebrand will join the company's board. The company plans to use the proceeds to continue growth in existing markets and to expand into new ones.
