SAMSARG is constructing its first state-of-the-art aircraft hangar at Silver Springs Regional Airport in Lyon County, Nevada. The company develops both general aviation (GA) hangars and U.S. government‑compliant hangars located inside qualified opportunity zones to provide tax-deferral benefits. New facilities are designed to attract government, corporate, and private clients and to offer client‑tailored, higher‑margin services. SAMSARG is focused on serving Tahoe Reno Industrial Center (TRIC) businesses with nearby travel and logistics support as an alternative to Reno International. All future hangars built by SAMSARG will be strategically located within opportunity zones as part of a broader replication and scaling strategy announced by its parent fund. The company is a subsidiary of the GRASS™ Opportunity Zone Fund.
