Founded in 2020 in Lyon, Santé Académie produces and distributes more than 90 continuing-education programs for doctors, nurses, pharmacists, aides-soignants and hospital managers through e-learning, in-person, virtual-class and blended formats. Its in-house team handles instructional design, video production and platform development, presenting courses as 5- to 15-minute “Netflix-style” episodes that can be viewed on mobile, tablet or desktop over a 90-day pathway. The platform records an 87 % completion rate, a 96 % satisfaction score and has already trained over 35 000 healthcare professionals. Revenue figures are not disclosed, but the company has raised €14 M to date and grown to more than 60 employees split between Lyon and Paris. Future plans (2023-2025) include expanding the catalogue beyond 90 programs, rolling out on-site and virtual-class formats for hospitals, clinics and EHPADs, and partnering with CPTS and Maisons de Santé Pluriprofessionnelles. All courses are certified Qualiopi and ANDPC and are generally 100 % financed through public or professional funds, enhancing accessibility for practitioners nationwide.
