Sapience Analytics offers a workforce analytics SaaS platform that automates workforce data collection and supports data integration and orchestration. The platform provides interactive visualizations, data democratization, and decision-making insights to help executives and managers optimize human capital investments. It is marketed as a tool to stop guessing and start knowing what’s happening across the enterprise in modern work environments. The company received a growth investment from Kayne Anderson Growth Capital; the amount was not disclosed. Sapience says it will use the funds to expand operations, broaden its business reach, and fast-track further innovations to its platform. The company is led by CEO Bradley Killinger, who commented on the investment’s role in accelerating market expansion and product innovation. Sapience Analytics offers an enterprise workforce analytics and efficiency solution that delivers visibility into work patterns and behavior across organizations. Its platform is used by leaders at over 70 major customers across 12 countries to inform decisions on staffing, workload optimization, process improvement, robotic process automation, and outsourcing governance. Founded in 2009 by CEO Shirish Deodhar and originally based in Pune, India, the company serves clients including Fortune Global 200 enterprises and top 50 global IT services firms. The company secured a majority investment from Credit Suisse Asset Management’s NEXT Investors and will use the proceeds to accelerate expansion into the US market. As a result of the investment, Sapience will relocate its headquarters to the U.S. and strengthen its North American operations under newly appointed President Bradley Killinger. The deal also added Frank Fanzilli and Greg Grimaldi to the board to support growth and strategic execution.
