The company has closed a $44M Series B financing to support further clinical development. SARcode plans to initiate pivotal Phase 3 clinical studies with SAR 1118 in the second half of 2011. The company was founded in 2006 and is led by CEO Quinton Oswald. The financing will be used to advance SAR 1118 through pivotal trials and continued development.
