Sarna is developing a mobile investing app (currently in beta) and backend trading technologies delivered through its wholly owned subsidiaries. Brokerage services are offered through Sarna Finance LLC, a FINRA‑licensed broker‑dealer located in Chicago; software and technology services are offered through Sarna Technologies LLC. The company is building a risk management engine for real-time customer buying power calculations that enables T+0 settlement and intraday margin capabilities. Sarna’s internal risk management systems are licensed to other broker‑dealers and clearing firm partners. The firm plans to bring its mobile app to market in the United States in the summer and in Europe at the end of 2023. Previously operating in stealth, Sarna has been raising capital across multiple early rounds to support product development and market launch.
