Overview

Sastrify is a digital procurement platform for SaaS products that centralizes, visualizes, and automates SaaS procurement workflows for procurement, tech, and finance teams. The platform leverages partnerships with SaaS vendors and a database of price benchmarks to streamline buying processes and enable teams to evaluate tools and optimize their SaaS stacks. Founded in 2020 by Maximilian Messing and Sven Lackinger and based in Cologne, Germany, Sastrify counts clients including OnRunning, Pleo, and Capchase. The company has expanded its core offerings to include automated Usage Analytics to provide full transparency into customers' SaaS usage. It also launched the Sastrify Marketplace, which provides exclusive pre-negotiated commercial offerings along with flexible payment and financing options and includes a partnership with Capchase. Sastrify raised $32M in Series B financing to scale its global team across the United States and Europe and to accelerate product development for mid-market and enterprise customers. Sastrify provides a single platform to handle the entire lifecycle of enterprise SaaS, from discovery and procurement to renewals and contract optimization. The platform integrates cooperative agreements with over 50 SaaS providers, including Google, Miro, and 1Password, and flags underperforming contracts while offering optimized alternatives. It serves customers such as Gorillas, Pleo, and sennder and streamlines procurement to save teams time on vendor negotiations. Co‑founders Maximilian Messing (CTO) and Sven Lackinger created the company to reduce procurement overhead for finance and tech teams. The company reports more than 30% month‑over‑month revenue growth. Sastrify says the new funds will be used to meet and expand growing international interest and usage of the platform. Sastrify offers a highly automated platform that covers 20,000+ SaaS solutions to help companies procure, compare and manage third-party software. The product embeds a five-step evaluation and lifecycle process, uses AI/OCR-based offer comparison and benchmarking, and can resell licenses for vendors like Google and Microsoft. It targets growing companies (typically 100+ employees) and European tech scale-ups, and counts around 50 customers including Gorillas. The startup launched earlier this year after being founded last summer, is cash-flow positive and reports a high six-digit recurring revenue a few months post-launch. Customers are said to see an average 6.5x return on investment and typically save 20–30% on SaaS costs, while reclaiming thousands of working hours. The 30-strong team plans to use the new funding to accelerate sales, marketing and product development to expand its service across Europe and beyond.
