Satchel is a London-based edtech company that operates the Show My Homework platform, which enables secondary schools to set, grade and monitor homework and keep parents informed. The platform is available on laptop, desktop, tablet and smartphone. It is used by 1,500 schools in the UK, China, New Zealand and the United Arab Emirates. Satchel employs over 80 people in offices near the Olympic Stadium in Stratford and plans to open an office in Dubai early next year. The company raised an additional £2.4m in seed funding to accelerate product development and expand into markets outside the UK. Show My Homework was created by former assistant head teacher Naimish Gohil.
