Founded in 2017, SBC LLP provides international taxation, M&A advisory, valuations, and technology outsourcing services to more than 350 multinational and private-equity clients. The firm employs over 270 professionals spread across India, the UAE and the United States. SBC is now investing in AI-based, Service-as-a-Platform tax consulting tools that will combine its advisory expertise with GenAI and machine-learning capabilities sourced from partner Kastech Group. With the fresh capital, the company intends to open new offices in growth markets such as Saudi Arabia, Singapore and the UAE, and to deepen offerings around cross-border transactions, ESG consulting and managed services for Global Capability Centers. Management believes these initiatives will strengthen the India-UAE-US business corridor and position SBC as a technology-enabled global tax advisor. No current revenue figures were disclosed in the article, but the company completed its first external funding at a reported valuation of ₹100 crore (~US$11.2 million).
