sBoard was founded in 2020 by Andrey Korsakov and Vladimir Gladun as an online board aimed initially at teachers. The platform reported over one million sessions in 2022 and was named among Rusbase's Top 100 promising startups. The product offers collaborative whiteboard functionality and the company is focusing on replacing departed foreign online boards in Russia. sBoard is developing an on‑premise deployment option for large Russian enterprises, installing the product inside a company's perimeter to secure internal data. The startup plans to use the newly raised funds to improve the platform's technical functionality. To date the company has raised a total of ₽40M.
