ScanMovers is a moving platform founded in 2016 by Maurits Koopman and Boyan Nijpels and based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. The service helps people arrange moves across the Benelux, giving users insight into prices, reviews and service levels. The company launched an innovative per-move insurance with Meijers Assurantiën that allows movers to pay a premium per move rather than per month. It intends to use the recent funds to develop technology enabling the sharing of moving personnel and to build an app aimed at making moving stress-free.
