Zhonghui Medical Imaging develops AI 3D ultrasound imaging equipment and solutions, with flagship brand Scolioscan—the world's first and currently only ultrasound scoliosis assessment system. Scolioscan incorporates 19 global-first and leading technologies and holds over 100 patents. The system delivers radiation-free scoliosis assessments with accuracy comparable to X-rays and is aimed at orthopedic, rehabilitation, and sports medicine clinicians. The company recently completed a nearly HK$60 million Pre-A financing. The additional investment was led by the AEF Greater Bay Area Entrepreneurship Fund (managed by Gobi Greater Bay Area). Proceeds will be used mainly to build an internet hospital and to develop a digital therapeutics platform for schools and homes to establish a screening-to-diagnosis-to-treatment commercial closed loop.
