The platform powers many brands and agencies and is intended to help teams plan, innovate, create and deliver content to market efficiently and effectively. The company raised $27M in funding and plans to use the proceeds to continue expanding the business. Screendragon was founded by John Briggs, Jan Quant and Fergus Ashe, who will continue to lead the company. Executive Chairman Clive Sirkin will assume the role of Chairman of a newly constituted board of directors. Additional board appointments tied to the round include Cillian Hilliard, Michael Elias of Kennet, and Fidel Manolopoulos of Federated Hermes; an independent board member will be named shortly.
