The platform emphasizes an “interactive relationship” between production and audience to create a virtuous feedback loop for more relevant programming. ScreenHits aggregates content and viewer responses to inform programming decisions for both digital and traditional content formats. The company has closed distribution deals with Caracol, Fox Latin America, Relativity Media, AG Properties, Telemundo, Venevision and other global distributors including Hasbro, TVF, eOne and SkyVision. ScreenHits recently closed a $1.2M first round of angel funding. The new capital will be used to focus on product, business development and audience acquisition.
