SCUTI

7750 Okeechobee Blvd Ste 4, West Palm Beach, FL, 33411, United States

Overview

Scuti operates a "g-commerce" marketplace where players collect points by playing games and redeem them for purchases or in‑game currency, and can earn up to 5% back on purchases. The platform also sells in‑game advertising inventory (digital‑billboard style) and gives brands a direct channel to players while providing game makers an additional revenue stream. Scuti reports exposure to 50 million monthly players across more than 100 titles from roughly 50 publishers and expects to triple monthly players in 2024 based on new partnerships. The company plans global expansion with a focus on Latin America and Asia and aims to achieve a valuation above $100 million this year. As part of its growth, Scuti will add 16 employees to a current 29‑person team in the first half of the year, hiring sales, e‑commerce, and programmatic support roles. Founder and CEO Nicholas Longano, who previously guided Massive to an acquisition by Microsoft, positions Scuti as a commerce layer for games and has called it the “Amazon of games.” Scuti is the market leader and creator of rewarded gCommerce, offering an interoperable rewards program launched from game lobbies that lets players access curated products, promotional offers, and rewards redeemable for in-game items, native currency, or physical goods. Built by gaming industry veterans from Blizzard, Epic Games, Zynga, Electronic Arts and Xbox Game Studios, Scuti provides game developers a platform to optimize revenues, conversions, and retention through a new accretive revenue stream. To date the company has signed agreements with over 30 game publishers and strategic partners and is projecting over 100 million monthly active users through games linked to its network by year-end 2023. Scuti has expanded its gCommerce platform into metaverse experiences including AlterVerse, Atom Universe, and SimWin Sports. It also announced a partnership as the exclusive gCommerce and rewards partner for the upcoming GameMaster reality gaming TV show hosted by Wil Wheaton. The company says the investment from Fasanara Capital will fuel expansion and accelerate growth as it scales operations globally to meet customer demand.
