Scutify operates a social network and live trading platform for the finance community, targeting investors, traders and money managers. The product is available on iOS, Android and the web, and Scutify for Google Glass is in beta. Through a partnership with Tradier Brokerage, the platform currently allows users to trade stocks and options directly from its website and mobile apps. The company is developing Premium Scuttles, a subscription product enabling investors, traders and money managers to sell monthly or yearly content to the community. Scutify is led by co‑founder and Chairman Cody Willard and intends to use the new funding to grow its user base and continue developing its live trading features. The company raised $1.5M in the reported round at a $25M valuation, with backers that included Jake Fawcett among others.
