SellScale offers a platform that uses generative AI, including GPT-3, to craft more natural-sounding, personalized outbound marketing and sales emails at scale. Clients train SellScale by pulling their best outbound emails, and the platform personalizes messages using CRM data and over 40 public data sources such as social media, RSS feeds and articles. SellScale continually refines its models by using successful emails and integrates with tools like Gmail, Outreach.io, Apollo, LinkedIn and Zapier to automate workflows. The founders, Ishan Sharma and Aakash Adesara, developed the approach while running the DailyDropout.FYI newsletter (80,000 readers) and training GPT-3 on high-performing emails. The company says many customers have seen up to 70% more qualified conversions and that its revenue doubled month over month for the last three months. SellScale emphasizes minimizing sales reps' involvement through automation and applies domain-specific details (for example, addressing licensed doctors as "Dr. [last name]").
