Founded in 2009 in La Rochelle, Sellsy is led by Co-CEOs Alain Mevellec and Victor Douek alongside Chairman Frederic Coulais. Following the transaction the company plans to work with its new investor to accelerate growth and play a central role in the digitalisation of SMEs across Europe. Sellsy is a La Rochelle, France-based company that offers a SaaS sales-management platform for small and medium-sized businesses. Its solution covers the full sales cycle—prospecting, selling, invoicing, support and marketing—and is available on web and mobile devices. The company is led by CEO Frédéric Coiulais and CMO Alain Mevellec and serves around 3,200 customers. Sellsy raised €7m in funding from SofiOuest. It intends to use the funds to expand R&D operations and to consolidate its growth in France. The company also plans to pursue international expansion at a later stage.
