Senra builds and scales wire harness production while providing a proprietary software platform, Amp, that standardizes inputs and produces a digital twin to guide technicians. The company combines software, standardized processes, technician training (including what it calls a federally certified wire harness training program), and incremental automation rather than eliminating human craftsmen. Senra was founded in 2023 by Jordan Black and Benjamin Shanahan; Black previously worked at SpaceX scaling wire-harness production for Starship.
