Sentinel Deepactive has built a transformer-based foundation model with two billion parameters and plans to scale it to 15 billion parameters by 2027. Its Sentinel AI performs daily active rebalancing across stocks, ETFs, and commodities and is designed with real-time feedback loops and a self-learning architecture intended to enable active defence during market downturns. The company aims to expand its investable universe from roughly 15 assets to more than 300 and to formally launch an AI-powered robo-adviser for retirement pensions in 2027. Sentinel Deepactive is participating in South Korea's TIPS programme and a government startup accelerator, and has cumulative funding of about ₩4.25B. Through the strategic investment from Hyundai Motor Securities, the startup gains a distribution channel into the broker's wealth management and pension businesses. The company plans to register with Koscom's robo-adviser testbed prior to publishing verified performance results.
