SENTIO offers a pre-hire assessment platform that HR experts use to benchmark current employees and develop success profiles for future candidates. The platform, launched in August, aims to help employers hire people with the highest likelihood of success, producing high-performance workforces and engaged employees. SENTIO was recognized by HR Tech Outlook as one of ten top recruitment software platforms for 2019. The company was accepted into SCRA’s SC Launch program in January 2017 and is Charleston-based. SENTIO has received outside funding, including an October 2018 investment from VentureSouth and a $125,000 investment from SC Launch, Inc., which will be used to scale outreach to small and mid-sized businesses. CEO AJ Richichi said the funding will help make hiring assessments available to companies of all sizes and reduce turnover for customers.
