Sentrigo provides database security and compliance solutions designed to protect sensitive data on premises and in the cloud. Its suite includes vulnerability assessment, real-time monitoring, virtual patching and low-overhead audit, with products that monitor database threats and activity locally on each server. The company's flagship product, Sentrigo Hedgehog Enterprise, is intended to guard against external attacks and misuse by privileged insiders and to help address compliance audits. Sentrigo said it will use new capital to increase global sales and marketing and to continue expanding its database security and data integrity solutions for the cloud. The company secured $6M in a Series C financing. Sentrigo is led by CEO Nathan Shuchami and is a member of the Cloud Security Alliance.
