Led by CEO Marie Kober and based in Berlin, Senvo provides an infrastructure and data platform that gives customers full visibility into logistics costs and enables savings through automated audits. The platform verifies freight invoices, reduces overbillings, handles claims for lost or damaged shipments, and shortens invoice processing times to save customers time and improve cash flow. Senvo scalably ingests, unifies, and indexes logistics data from diverse sources using a library of pattern-recognition techniques and search algorithms from symbolic AI to map new data sources with minimal programmer intervention. Primary customers are large e-commerce shippers and third-party logistics providers; named users include Schneider Electric, byrd, everstox and Autodoc. After its December 2023 launch, the company has processed more than 7.6 million shipments and €24.9M in spend and reports reducing invoice processing from over 50 days to less than 5 days for fulfillers. The company intends to use the funds to accelerate product development.
