Senzai builds an AI-driven stack focused on measuring impact, experimentation and optimization to identify customers who will respond to sales and marketing campaigns. The company targets enterprises in Latin America and initially signed customers in telecommunications and banking. It launched its MVP within the past month and is working with three clients to develop the product. Senzai charges a performance-based fee, taking a percentage of the value it generates for customers. The founders, Julian Lopez-Portillo and Darren Timmins, drew on experience building predictive and performance-measurement products at Afiniti and in telecoms data architecture. The company plans to use its recent funding to scale the product and pursue product-market fit ahead of a formal launch at the end of the year.
