SeQure Dx commercializes licensed GUIDE‑seq, ONE‑seq and related assays to detect off‑target gene‑editing events and assess genomic risk. The company intends to establish a full‑service laboratory to provide off‑target analysis for drug development, clinical trials and eventual patient evaluation prior to therapy. Its assays were developed by J. Keith Joung and colleagues at Massachusetts General Hospital; Dr. Joung is a scientific founder and chairs SeQure Dx’s Scientific Advisory Board. SeQure says its technologies are already being used by several gene‑editing therapy companies and plans to expand offerings via internal development, partnerships, and further licensure. The company raised a $17.5M Series A to fund initial company development and build laboratory capabilities.
