Its BYOD platform is powered by Riptide Elements, a configurable micro-learning services architecture that delivers training on any device and in any language. ServeAnywhere aims to help restaurants combat high employee turnover, improve the training process, and document responsible server certifications. The certification documentation supports retention of liquor licenses. In November 2016 the company raised $250K in seed funding from Riptide Software.
