Servislet develops SaaS and marketplace products to digitalise the automotive after-sales ecosystem for brands, spare-part manufacturers, service providers and sell-off locations. Its product suite includes an omnichannel sales platform that converts brand websites into marketplaces, 24/7 user-experience evaluation, and the Servislet Dali SaaS offering. The company operates marketplaces in Turkey and Greece and has secured deals with leading tyre manufacturers. Servislet plans to roll out Dali globally with multi-language support and to release blockchain-based data storage and transfer tools for mobility players. Management projects Dali adopters will gain at least five percentage points of online and offline market share after full adoption and aims to reduce service access time to two hours globally. The company says it has increased its valuation 130 times in one year and is pursuing further expansion across key markets.
