Stanhope Financial Group is a Dublin-based global fintech that provides businesses a full suite of banking services. It operates SH Payments, an Electronic Money Institution offering FX, multi-currency accounts and payments solutions; SH Capital, licensed in the DIFC to give institutions and family offices access to global investment products; and SH Digital, an affiliate digital assets division offering cryptocurrency liquidity and trading services. The company raised over USD 10m in a Series A and intends to use the funds to develop product offerings, strengthen the management team, increase market share, and prepare the launch of SH Digital. Stanhope has been granted financial services licences by the Bank of Lithuania and received an in-principle approval from the Dubai Financial Services Authority. Leadership includes Group CEO Kevin von Neuschatz and Executive Chairman Mohit Davar. Stanhope Financial provides a suite of specialist treasury and investment services for SMEs and mid-market enterprises, including FX payments, treasury services and access to financing. The company is registered in Dublin and opens with over 10 full-time staff, including entrepreneur Kevin von Neuschatz and capital markets specialist Khalid Talukder. Stanhope says the recently raised funds will enable it to launch on-the-ground specialist subsidiaries in Dubai (serving the UAE, Asia and Africa) and in Lithuania (serving European customers in global payments and FX). It also plans to apply for a licence to operate in the UK and other key markets in the coming months. The firm positions itself to serve companies that have been denied services by big banks, aiming to bridge that gap and empower SME growth amid pandemic disruption. The platform will offer investment products alongside its payments and treasury capabilities.
