Founded in 2017 and rebranded from Coot, Share(d) provides a single app for separated and blended families to manage shared diaries, designated care time, to-do lists and important contacts and documents. The product consolidates multi-channel communications (post-its, WhatsApp, email) into a news feed for photos, notes and conversations and includes a finance feature that finalises accounts monthly and notifies who owes whom. The app is accessible to parents, grandparents, nannies and other carers and is being opened from September to additional family configurations. Founder Anthony Amouyal says the service aims to reduce family tensions and free up quality time while protecting user data. The company raised fresh funding to support expansion and introduce an international dimension to the project. Share(d) plans continued rollout across France and Belgium and intends to enter Germany in 2021, with later plans to add more languages and expand across the rest of Europe, the UK and the US.
