Founded in Saint-Malo in November 2025 by software veteran Alexis Rochette, Share Heritage tackles the complexity of co-managing jointly owned assets. Its core product, LIVE, centralises agendas, check-lists, social feeds, expense tracking and a digital document vault, all exportable via QR code or SMS links. The company targets households in indivision, SCI structures, friends and flatmates who previously relied on scattered solutions like WhatsApp or Excel. Pricing ranges from a free Live Access tier to subscription plans at €9.90 per month (Live Harmonie) and €20.75 per month (Live Heritage) for unlimited multi-asset portfolios. Backed by regional programmes Emergys Bretagne and French Tech, the startup plans to add new tools in 2026 to become the reference for connected “patrimoine de vie” management. The business is headquartered in Saint-Malo with an additional office in Rennes. To date it has secured €160 000 in capital to fuel these ambitions.
