ShareWhere operates Kandid, an anonymous social app that lets users share photos and text locally—either privately within their campus or publicly with others nearby. The app requires no usernames or emails and collects no personal information; users can post anonymously, comment, private message, join chat rooms, and tag locations to create private chats. Kandid is available on iTunes and an Android version is in development. The company currently has a presence on over 350 college campuses. ShareWhere intends to use the funds to grow app adoption on college campuses and to add new features in upcoming updates. Geoffrey Chan is CEO of the company.
