Founded in February 2020, Sharge Technology focuses on forward-looking consumer electronics, with core R&D in AI glasses, charging devices, and data-storage solutions. Its next-generation AI glasses, scheduled for release on 29 December 2025, integrate memories.ai’s multimodal AI memory engine, Fengmang Technology’s "Dragonfly Optic Engine," a 4 nm main-control chip, and a lightweight (~50 g) titanium-alloy frame designed for all-day wear. The glasses run the company’s Loom OS 2.0 and can call more than a dozen mainstream large language models for active voice recognition, diary generation, and other AI-memory features. Sharge plans to ship over 100,000 units of the new model within a year of launch and will offer at least ten customizable frame types produced on a flexible manufacturing line. Beyond wearables, its mature 3C energy-storage lines (mobile power and storage devices) remain profitable, delivering hundreds of millions of yuan in annual revenue and tens of millions in net profit. Management reports "hundreds of millions" of yuan of cash on hand, providing ample funding for continued R&D and market expansion.
