Its technology and product teams draw on high-frequency trading and modern payments experience to deliver modular, market-tested microservices that aim to remove legacy technological debt. The company operates globally with about 100 employees and offices in Sydney, London, Belfast, Glasgow, and Warsaw. Shaype plans to launch solutions across financial services, HR, PropTech, and government before the end of the year and will be among the first payment service providers to go live with both Payment Initiator and Payer services on Australia’s New Payments Platform PayTo in Q4 2022. Proceeds from the round will be used to accelerate growth, expand the team, support an Australian client pipeline, and enable international expansion.
