SHE develops the Assure software platform, which helps businesses achieve and demonstrate health and safety compliance while reducing administration through configurable reporting and monitoring tools. The Assure product is highly configurable across industries and now includes multilingual functionality. The company recently added 12 employees across its UK and New Zealand offices and began working with 34 new customers. SHE currently employs 60 staff at its East Kilbride headquarters and plans to double the size of its development and support teams. Management targets continued international expansion, including opening a U.S. office, and reports a c.60% per‑annum growth rate. SHE is working with ScaleUp Group to provide guidance as it prepares to scale globally.
