Founded in 2019 by Christian Wilhelm, Stefan Maratzki and Oliver Ritzmann, the company operates from Luxembourg and Germany. Since launch it has signed over 100 enterprise clients, about a third of which are Fortune 500 companies. SHIPSTA positions its product to replace manual procurement processes and help enterprises make better decisions using data and advanced analytics. The company raised $10 million to accelerate its global expansion.
