Shipup provides a post-purchase SaaS platform that tracks delivery logistics (scheduled times, shipping incidents) and integrates that data back into retailers’ CRM and business intelligence. The software also includes a customer support product for handling delivery questions. Shipup has integrated with more than 70 delivery companies, including DHL, UPS, USPS and FedEx, and serves about 200 customers across Europe, the United States and Canada. Founded in 2016 and based in Paris, the company reported that monthly revenue has increased tenfold since its June 2018 raise. With a current team of 23, Shipup plans a large number of hires for its Paris and new New York offices as it expands throughout North America.
