Show My Homework is an edtech platform developed under the Satchel brand that enables teachers to set and grade homework and keeps parents in the loop on student performance. The service is multi-device and was founded by former school teacher Naimish Gohil. Satchel plans to release additional education products, including one-on-one tutoring services, under the same brand. The company says Show My Homework is used by half of London’s secondary schools and is aiming for 50% of state secondary schools in the UK within the next 18 months; it is also used by schools in China and New Zealand. To support international expansion the company will open a second office in Dubai in early 2017 and conducts on-site consultations with customer schools. Financially, the business has completed a seed-extension round to fund these growth plans.
