SightIn Health develops an AI SaaS platform that enables medical professionals without prior ultrasound training to operate, interpret, and analyze point-of-care ultrasound. The software uses advanced machine vision and convolutional neural networks in a suite of intelligent algorithms to recognise and define image quality, position, region of interest, and single-pixel insights. Its technology plugs into leading portable and pocket-size ultrasound hardware to deliver consistent, repeatable scanning and single-pixel precision insights. The product is designed to democratise both the ultrasound procedure and image interpretation so general practitioners, nurses, and primary care physicians can use these tools effectively. SightIn Health received a CHF 150,000 Venture Kick award and will deploy the funds toward advancing clinical and regulatory approvals, commercialisation, and partnerships.
