The management team has been strengthened with hires from Hybris/SAP, Box, Gartner, OpenText, and Salesforce. Signavio plans to use new funding to continue expanding its international presence and accelerate adoption of its Business Transformation Suite. Signavio provides cloud-based software to design, implement and manage complex processes, decisions and workflows. Its product suite includes Process Editor, Decision Manager and Effektif, forming an intuitive, collaborative process transformation platform. The company serves over 750 corporations, businesses, and organizations across industries ranging from manufacturing to financial services. Signavio combines professional BPM and BDM capabilities with cloud-based collaboration and open-standards architecture. The company plans to expand its international footprint, continue product innovation, and strengthen sales and service capabilities worldwide. Financially, Signavio announced a completed €31 million minority investment from Summit Partners to fuel growth; further details of the transaction were not disclosed.
