Sike Insights builds an AI platform to help managers cultivate company culture for remote teams through a Slack-integrated bot called Kona. Kona gathers employee data from self-reported personality surveys and monitors Slack activity to profile working styles and suggest how managers should clarify tasks or deliver feedback. Each morning Kona prompts employees with "How are you feeling today?" allowing responses by color and explanation, and it sends daily insights to managers as Slack prompts. Tips and reflections were developed with executive coaches, some of whom are investors such as Robyn Ward and Jeff Gray. In a beta with TeamSnap, Kona reduced meetings and helped managers spend more time on growth rather than routine check-ins. The company closed a $1 million pre-seed round to support further development.
