Silver Airways operates a regional scheduled network from Fort Lauderdale International using a fleet that includes twenty-eight Saab 340Bs and Beech 1900D aircraft on its Cleveland network. The airline runs approximately 170 daily scheduled flights to and from 38 destinations across Florida, the Bahamas, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, New York and Ohio. It maintains partnership and codeshare agreements with United Airlines and interline agreements with American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, JetBlue Airways and US Airways. Management says the carrier will deploy new capital to reduce financing costs, provide for seasonal capital needs and fund future growth initiatives. Leadership intends to use up to $25 million of the financing as dedicated growth capital and to begin executing a new five-year business strategy. Victory Park Capital remains the owner and will retain full ownership and control of the company and its board.
