Silver Consumer Electricals manufactures a range of electrical consumer durables and agricultural equipment, including pumps and motors, solar pumps and controllers, fans, lighting, and other consumer electrical products. The company sells products under its Silver and Bediya brands and also supplies components to original equipment manufacturers. It is Rajkot-based and has pursued equity raises and strategic investors, including a May 2025 preferential allotment at Rs 205.05 per share to investors such as cricketers Krunal and Hardik Pandya and Madhuri Madhusudan Kela. Hardik Pandya serves as the company’s brand ambassador. Major shareholders at the time of the DRHP included promoter Vinit Dharamshibhai Bediya and investor Arpit Khandelwal, with promoters holding a combined 56.85 percent. The company filed a DRHP in August 2025 to raise Rs 1,400 crore via an IPO (Rs 1,000 crore fresh issue and Rs 400 crore offer-for-sale) to primarily repay Rs 900 crore of debt and for general corporate purposes, and the IPO papers were approved by SEBI in November 2025.
