Silver Tiger Metals focuses exclusively on the El Tigre silver-gold property in Sonora, where it has drilled more than 150,000 metres since beginning work in 2017—119,000 metres of which were completed after 2020. The company has issued several mineral resource estimates, publishing its most recent update in 2024. In November 2023 it released a Preliminary Economic Assessment outlining a 10-year open-pit mining scenario for the deposit. Proceeds from its latest C$28.8 million equity raise will be directed toward continued exploration and development activities at El Tigre. The intensive drill campaigns and engineering studies aim to move the project toward a construction decision. The company’s strategy centers on de-risking the asset through aggressive drilling, updated resources and economic studies while maintaining a strong treasury to fund ongoing work.
