Simpu is a Nigerian B2B SaaS company founded in 2020 that builds communication and engagement software for businesses. Its flagship product is a lego-flexible omnichannel inbox that unifies channels including email, WhatsApp, Twitter direct messages, Facebook Messenger, SMS and website live chat into one interface for teams. The startup reports more than 90 businesses on its platform and over 300 active users. Simpu already has a few international customers and says it plans to expand internationally eventually. The company was preparing for a full launch in May 2022. In April 2022 Simpu completed a $1.0M pre-seed funding round from a group of angel investors and early-stage VCs.
