Overview
Sincerely builds mobile photo-printing and greeting-card apps including Postagram, PopBooth, Sincerely Ink and Dotti. Its core product Postagram converts mobile photos into physical postcards and now includes features like post-office tracking and scannable "just a stamp" QR codes that deliver a digital copy and notify the sender when viewed. The company is introducing "Sincerely Magic," which builds a connected user database across Sincerely apps to enable sending mail using only an email address and to auto-populate addresses by matching contacts by email (and later by Facebook friendship). Postagram's update is rolling out on iOS and Android, though "Magic" is iPhone-only initially. CEO Matt Brezina frames Sincerely as a future "gifting" company with potential to expand into other gift types such as flowers or gift cards. Sincerely is backed by $3 million in funding from Spark, First Round, Charles River and SV Angel.
