Sindeo operates a modern mortgage marketplace that helps borrowers find the right loan and lender while providing expert, unbiased advice and full-service local mortgage advisors. The company uses technology to streamline the mortgage process, including social mortgage tools and other platform features. Sindeo says it can close loans in as few as 15 days and that consumers can save more than $20,000 over the life of a loan. The company plans to use new funding to advance its suite of social mortgage tools and technology in the second half of 2015 and to expand into major U.S. markets outside California. Since its founding in 2013, Sindeo has grown its San Francisco operations to more than 40 employees.
