先通医药 is an innovative biopharma company focused on discovery, development, production and clinical promotion of radiopharmaceuticals and related monoclonal-antibody conjugates. Its pipeline targets oncology, neurodegenerative and cardiovascular indications via both diagnostic and therapeutic radioactive drugs. The company reports four diagnostic candidates and two therapeutic candidates have entered clinical trials. In 2020 it completed a RMB 280 million C round with strategic investors including Tongfu Innovation Industrial Investment Fund and Sinopharm Capital. Recently it closed a RMB 320 million D round and, together with prior closings, has raised RMB 600 million within six months. Proceeds from the D round will fund preclinical development and clinical studies of its diagnostic and therapeutic radiopharmaceutical projects. The company says it aims to integrate upstream and downstream industry resources to accelerate domestic and global radiopharmaceutical development.
