Sitan Technology is a national-level "little giant" enterprise focused on Micro-LED core technology and its industrialisation. The firm has built three product lines—automotive, AR/XR and industrial vision—each of which recorded breakthrough progress over the past year. In automotive, Sitan collaborates with a listed automotive-grade chip partner and has produced a self-developed CMOS driver chip that meets AEC-Q standards, securing development contracts and volume orders from a leading global customer. Its product portfolio spans high-end modules for welcome lamps, near-ground projection, ADB headlights and smart cockpits, as well as cost-effective small-format modules that target both aftermarket and non-automotive uses. The company’s OneChip AM-driven architecture and Die-to-Wafer process aim to raise yield and cut the cost disadvantages of large-area Micro-LED displays. In AR/XR, its single-green line has already landed sizeable customer orders, and it is leading a national major project on full-colour micro-nano LED array manufacturing. The industrial vision unit has won contracts for visual inspection systems that will enter mass production in 2026. Cumulatively, Sitan has raised more than RMB200 million in its Series B round to fund commercial expansion and technology iteration.
